PML Financial Services – Authorised and Regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority

On 1st April 2013 the Financial Services Act 2012 came into force, creating a new regulatory framework for the Financial Services industry. The main change for us at PML Financial Services is that the Financial Services Authority has been abolished and replaced by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA).

Click here to find out more about the Financial Conduct Authority. In a nutshell, the role of the Financial Conduct Authority is to regulate the financial services industry in the UK, with the principal aim of protecting consumers.

As you would expect, PML Financial Services is now authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority.
