Bulletin 38 – Interest rates and the recovery

In this first bulletin of 2014, Geoff looks at: Interest rates and the recovery and recommends some actions that are worth considering before the April 2014 pension allowance restrictions come into force.

Geoff also apologises for what he felt was a rather gloomy bulletin 37, published before Christmas, citing the fact that he must have been having a bad day!
