- Pensions Management Limited. Founded in 1998, PML offers excellence in the setting up and administration of Small Self Administered Schemes – SSAS – for clients of all sizes, from private individuals to the directors of large companies.
- PML Financial Services Limited*. Commencing business in 2006, PML Financial Services Limited offers excellence in all aspects of consulting in financial services, with a particular specialism in pensions that covers Small Self Administered Schemes, Individual and Group Personal Pensions. Our work includes advising Trustees and investments within the pensions’ arena, and we are authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority.

PML Trustees Limited. Founded in 2006, PML Trustees offers excellence in pension scheme trusteeship of small self administered schemes. We believe that the safest way to run small self administered schemes – SSAS – is to have an Independent Trustee on board to guide the members and Managing Trustees through the numerous regulatory pitfalls. Each of the three operating companies has its own distinct role, a structure which allows us to provide a transparent approach to the advice we give and the proposals we make to our Clients.
Centrally Located – National Reach
All three companies are based in the same office in Boldmere, Sutton Coldfield, just North East of Birmingham with excellent transport links by rail and road and ample parking on site. Our Clients come from the Midlands and much further afield, ranging from Aberdeen in the north to as far south as Kent.

Our Logo Explained
You might well be wondering why we have chosen the leaf of the Gingko Tree as our logo and what small self administered schemes have to do with them. This might well have something to do with one of our directors, Gay Nebel, having a degree in biology and plant taxonomy! She particularly likes Gingko Trees.
More research revealed that apart from the traditional herbal medicinal properties of the leaves, the Gingko is associated with growth (which is what we try to achieve for our clients), age (like the Gingko Tree, we’ve all got plenty of experience at PML Group), adaption (we always adapt our advice to our clients’ specific requirements and circumstances) and established (we’ve been around since 1998).
So you can see, there are many similarities between us and the Gingko Tree. Plus, of course, it goes through many colour changes during the year, allowing us to use these different colours to differentiate each operating company, something our marketing people liked too.
